I was so excited to receive my new state quarters in the mail, then I opened the roll. I was shocked to see that every one was was damaged, even the ones on the inner roll. Eventhough they had brilliant luster... they all had deep gouges. All 40 coins in a roll were BU damaged, sad because they would have been nice keeper coins.
